Yoko Kalikin, age 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 10th, 2022, at their home in Cleveland, OH. Beloved companion of 35 years of John (Willy) Wilamosky Jr; dearest stepmother of Holly and John (deceased); loving grandmother of Jackie; devoted great grandmother of Adalae; loving sister to Kiyotoshi (deceased), Yoshihiko Takada (Kyoko) and Shizue (deceased); cherished Aunt; dearest friend of Sakura.
Yoko was born on April 23, 1937, in Fukuoka City, Japan and moved to the Cleveland area in 1974. She retired from Commercial Electric in 2020 at the age of 82.
When she wasn’t working, Yoko loved to travel and would often go back to Japan to visit with family and friends. She was an avid baseball fan, accomplished fisherwoman and enjoyed trying her luck at the casino.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Sunday August 21st anytime between noon to 4:00pm at the PLAV located at 850 E 200th Street, Cleveland, OH 44119 (across from Home Depot parking lot).
